Daniel Stinnett
Captain Training Division

passion for the Fire Service began in childhood, influenced by his grandfather and father, both deeply involved in the field. Growing up around the fire service, he witnessed firsthand the profound impact and dedication associated with serving the community.

Captain Stinnett began his own career in 2003 as a volunteer with West Polk County Fire and Rescue, where he also served on the Board of Directors. As his family grew, becoming a husband and father of two, he was driven to lead by example and instill the values of community service in his children.

In 2016, Captain Stinnett joined Bradley County Fire and Rescue as a full-time firefighter recruit. Throughout his career, he served at various stations with a strong focus on training and education. His dedication to developing others led to his promotion in 2021 as Captain of the Training Division. In this role, he oversees daily training events, manages Fire Academies, and assists with administrative duties to support the department’s growth.

Captain Stinnett holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science and is also actively involved in his church, where he preaches and sings with his family. His commitment to personal and professional growth drives his passion for ensuring the success of both the department and the community he serves.
