Bradley County Fire Rescue (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the BCFR Truck Checkoffs mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.

- Name, username, role (firefighter/officer/commander/chief/developer), station/department assignment
- Authentication details needed to sign in
- Operational inspection data
- Checklist responses, pass/fail status, comments, deficiencies, follow-up flags, override notes, review decisions
- Submission timestamps, apparatus/station identifiers, and sync status
- Images and files (if used)
- Photos selected by authorized users for station/department branding (logos)
- Device and technical information
- App version, basic device/OS information, connectivity/sync status, and error logs needed for app reliability and security
- Notifications data (if enabled)
- Push notification token and notification delivery metadata for reminders and status alerts
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the App
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access
- Store and sync checkoff/report data (including offline-to-online sync)
- Support review workflows and reporting history
- Send operational notifications (if enabled)
